Online System Requirements
Students must have access to an Internet-connected computer or mobile device with audio (sound). Students can use Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, mobile phones, and tablets (iOS and Android). Audio (sound) is a critical requirement as the training is fully narrated. Over half of the information presented is in audio form.
Mobile device screen size must be at least 5.5-inches. This is equivalent to a "plus" sized iPhone.
The training won't start on my mobile device!
- The system requires two technologies: HTML5 and JavaScript. Ensure your mobile device has JavaScript enabled. Some of the higher security settings can disable JavaScript.
To enable JavaScript on an iOS device:- Open Settings.
- Open Safari.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Advanced.
- Enable JavaScript toggle.
- Finally, the mobile device must be held horizontally (landscape).
DO NOT USE the Google mobile app to complete the training. Use an actual browser such as Chrome or Safari.
