How do I replace a lost or stolen California BSIS plastic Chemical Agents card?

There is four-step process to request a replacement California BSIS plastic Chemical Agents card:

1. Update your Profile in the Learning Management System.

2. Purchase the replacement card "course."
   This is how the replacement fee is paid.
   Purchase Replacement Chemical Agents Card
3. You will be contacted by our Customer Service via email to verify your information.
4. Customer Service will print and mail your replacement card (US Postal Service).
